"I Slide, I Slide!"

We ventured to the park for a picnic last Saturday. Lyllee's eyes just sparkled when we got out of the car. However, she was not to pleased with us when we made her wait to go play. (Those darn parents of hers, making her eat her lunch. ) It didn't take too long to scarff down all her food when she bolted to the playground. You could hear her as she ran to the slide, "I slide, I slide..!" Here are a few shots we took.

Andy even enjoyed the park too!

I even got a picture of the two children together, SMILING!

Conference Weekend

We really enjoyed watching conference together. Lyllee even joined in. When the choir sang she helped direct the music. Andy was kind enough to sleep most of the time. What a picture perfect weekend, right? If only all events turned out like that.
Conference seemed a little more serious this time. You could just feel the spirit so strongly. President Monson gave some great talks. We loved the last one, where he spoke of his wife and some of the things in their house that he could not touch while she was in the hospital. He sure looks like the prophet now. (There was just an essence about him that screamed, PROPHET!)

After conference we had a "Welcome home party/Jan-Apr. Birthdays" at the grandparents. The Parker's returned from their 3 month winter trip. They are so happy to be home. It has been kind of an adjustment for us to have them back. But, we are getting used to it. Lyllee is enjoying all the special attention. She is a little shadow behind her "bop pa."

Our Family

I'd like to start this blog page by introducing the fam. We'll start with Big Daddy. That's Hyrum. Little Mama, that's me (Stacey) Trouble No.1, Lyllee and last but not least trouble No.2, Andy. They aren't really trouble, more like little charmers. Lyllee will be 2 years old in May. Andy will be 1 year in August.
