Andy turned TWO!!

Andy turned on Saturday (29Th). We had a big birthday party earlier in the month for Andy and his cousin Ammon who turned TWO on July 29Th. We thought it would be super fun to get all the cousins together and celebrate! It was pretty fun, we set up a pool, some sprinklers and fired up the grill. Unfortunately, it rained and the weather was a little cooler than usual and the water didn't warm up too much. The kids still enjoyed it though. Who knew 75 degrees would be cold in the summer, right?!

Anyways, so because we had that party earlier we decided to have a little celebration on his big day. It's funny that I say "little celebration" because it didn't happen like that. The Parker's (my mom's side) wanted to take Andy out to lunch; we went to Chuck-A-Rama. Andy's eyes lit up SO big when they placed a big plate covered in mini M&M's (hidden underneath was a brownie with chocolate frosting). You wouldn't believe the smile that boy had on his face when they started singing to him too! ( i swear it wrapped around his head TWICE!! lol) After lunch, we headed up to my grandparents house for presents.

For dinner that night, my dad invited us over for a BBQ. He made all of Andy's favorites: hot dogs, watermelon and a double chocolate cake. Then it was present time. Andy really liked his presents but, I think Hyrum and I enjoyed them more! lol

Finally we made it back to our house to have Andy open his last presents. I think this was Andy's favorite part of the day. He finally got his "basketball GAME!!" He went crazy when we got it all set up. It was definitely my favorite part of the day to see how HAPPY and EXCITED he was. I will post a little clip of him playing later.
