Madelyn was blessed by her daddy, Hyrum on Sunday, June 3rd. We invited our family to come join in the celebration and no celebration is complete without a little stress! As the first counselor finished the Sunday announcements we waited eagerly for him to announce that there was a blessing to be done. But, he didn't! Instead he FORGOT and started the sacrament. Hyrum and I just froze and looked at each other and thought, "what's going on?? Brother Kimball knows we are blessing Madelyn today, he can't miss the HUGE crowd of strangers in the room. How could he forget after talking to Hyrum about the blessing just minutes before meeting started?? And of course the biggest question of all, What am I going to do if she doesn't get bless today???" Luckily, he remembered after the Sacrament was over and announced it before going on with the meeting. lol My hands have never been soo sweaty in my life!

After church we all headed over to our house and ate some yummy food. Here are some pictures from our day.
